Bei den Schutzdeckel der Fa. CARBONADI handelt es sich um Schutzdeckel
die speziell für Rennzwecke entwickelt wurden. Sie dienen hauptsächlich dem Schutz von Motorteilen.

Zahlreiche Sturze haben eindeutig bewiesen dass unsere Deckel in der Lage sind eine Beschädigung des Original-Deckels und somit des Motors zu verhindern oder wesentlich zu minimieren.
Der extreme Abriebwiderstand wird durch ein spezielles Laminier-Schicht-System gewährleistet. So bestehen die Deckel aus 4 verschiedenen Faserstoffen und 2 unterschiedlichen Harzsystemen die extra für die Fa. CARBONADI voreingestellt werden. Den Kern des Schutzdeckels bildet ein extrem reis- und abriebfestes, reines Keflar Gewebe, mit dem die Sturzstelle am Deckel mehrfach überlappend bestückt ist. Es handelt sich nicht um gewöhliche Köper- oder Leinwand-Bindung, sondern um Keflar in eine Art Segeltuch-Bindung (340g/m²!!!). Die Stärke beträgt je nach Ausführung 3mm bis 5mm. Deckel sind am Rand grundsätzlich dünner als an der Sturzstelle um die Montage von evtl. Verkleidungsteilen des Motorrades problemlos zu ermöglichen.
Sonderanfertigungen sind jeder Zeit möglich. So können z.B. Titan-, Stahl- oder- Aluminium Bleche mit einlaminiert werden um die Deckel noch sicherer zu machen. Auch in der Oberflächenfarbe sind wir variabel. So können Sie die Oberfläche in CARBON, HYBRID (Carbon-Keflar, gelb-schwarz, Köper-Bindung oder Leinwand-Bindung) oder KEFLAR (gelb) wählen. Andere Farben auf Nachfrage.
Deckel werden auf den Original-Deckel aufgeklebt. Kleber auf Siliconbasis bis 250°C ist im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten, jedoch auf Nachfrage lieferbar.

The extreme wear opposition is guaranteed by a special system. Thus the lids pass of 4 different fibrous materials and 2 different resinous systems specially for the fa CARBONADI are preset. The core of the protective lid forms extremely travel and wear-steady, pure Keflar fabric with which the fall place in the lid is equipped several times overlapping. The strength amounts to 3 mms to 5 mms according to execution. Lids are to be allowed on the edge basically thin as at the fall place around the assembly by perhaps disguising parts of the motorcycle easily.
Specially manufacture is possible to every time. Thus, e.g., titanium, steel or aluminium tins with can be trained to make the lids even more sure. Also in the surface colour we are variable. Thus you can choose the surface in COACH VOUCHER, HYBRID (coach voucher-Keflar, yellow-black, twill connection or canvas connection) or KEFLAR (yellow). Other colours on inquiry.
Lids are stuck on the original lid. Glue on silicone base to 250°C is not included in the scope of supply, however, on inquiry available.
